Illamasqua Rare nail varnish is exciting, different and NEON! Hello!!!!!!!! Let's be honest...we all love neon. It's a cross between yellow and lime green and it's the most fun nail varnish to rock this summer. It wears well and you won't need to change your polish for at least a week. Rare has been around for many years but it's one of those colors that's difficult to dupe. China Glaze has something similar but like many of their colors...it does not wear long. I highly recommend that you jump on the Rare wagon!
