I hated this product! I was given a deluxe sample of this and it was very gritty and thick. I don't mind a balm to remove my makeup and to be honest I prefer it but this felt heavy and it clung to my lashes. Even after removing it with a dampened towel I could still feel it and needed to use additional cleansers to get all of it off of my face and lashes. I also found that I still had tons of makeup on my face. The first 2 ingredients in this product are very inexpensive and really disappointing. If you're going to charge a ridiculous amount of money for a skincare product then your ingredients should support that. In all reality, this product reminded me of mechanic's grease...gritty, thick and difficult to get off.
